Glenn discovered natural wine in 2010 with chef Jo Demerie and never let it go. In 2016 Win opened its doors.
Win?
Wijn (wine) + gin, squeezed into one short word. And in West Flanders you simply order "een wintje".
120 years
The building was once a pork butcher's, later a clock repairer and a pop-up oyster bar. Zilte Zondag is our nod to that.

Our own wine, made in Slovenia with winery Sanctum. The label is by Thomas Renwart.
